－－ 獵頭可能沒有真實的這個technology的工作， 但是因為工作原因， 後盾很強的， 我們經常找consultants幫忙做technical screens。

－－ Sometimes when I am overwhelmed by my workload, I have ahard time delegate tasks to others.
Sometimes I can be too detail oriented.
Sometimes I have a hard time admitting I have any weaknessesany all (笑）
另外，我很想知道最終用戶是不是最看中技術？因為是短期，其他如communication skills, personality似乎不太重要。我的想法對嗎？
－－ 很多３－６個月的contracts， 需要contractors立刻投入工作， communicationskills非常重要，因為你要明白要做什麽， 時間那麽寶貴， 能浪費在自己摸索上， 需要明白大概，需要明白細節。
