Obama described the way his plan would give the federal government control over healthcare, by ---

【1】banning insurance companies from denying pre-existing conditions coverage(禁止保險公司拒絕支付病人已經存在的病況）；

【2】forcing all insurance plans to provide free preventative care to all patients（強製要求所有保險公司必須免費為受保病人提供預防性醫護措施）；

【3】forcing insurance companies to cover children on their parents plans up until the age of 26（強製要求所有保險公司在父母醫保計劃下為其孩子提供醫保到26足歲）；
