靜脈輸液後, 感到全身發冷，全身無力，非常不舒服?

我媽媽在中國得了尿路感染，她已經超過７０歲了，可能是老年性的尿路感染。醫生讓她靜脈輸鹽酸左氧氟沙星氯化鈉注射液一周。第一天我媽媽中午１２點輸完，回到家以後大約在下午２到３點左右我媽媽就開始感到全身發冷，全身無力，非常不舒服，蓋上大被後症狀２到３個小時才消失。她已經輸了３天了，都是在下午２到３點左右，發生同樣的症狀，但昨天症狀稍輕一些。有誰知道這是什麽問題，她還能繼續靜脈輸這個藥嗎？

是由於藥物或液體的質量問題

產品的純度/消毒不夠, 殘留的致熱原會引起輸液反應.

I think you are right about it. "Infusion reaction" occurs so often in China and a doctor can see it every day mainly because of pyrogens have not been get rid off. It is really a quality control issue.

Infusion reaction is so rare in USA that a physician can hardly see one.
