麵粉-4 杯,水-2 杯,酵母粉-2 tsp,鹽-2 tsp,糖-2 tsp
將上述材料放在盆裏攪拌均勻成為非常軟的麵團,加蓋靜置2小時左右,直到體積發至兩倍大。
用叉子翻疊麵團,分成兩份,分別放在兩個塗了黃油的烤盆裏,再發醒30分鍾。
烤箱預熱375,烤30~35分鍾,半個小時以後可以切片塗黃油食用。

1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
Combine together. Let it rise for 12 to 18 hours.
Put the dough on a well floured surface. Lightly shape it into a ball, put it on a parchment paper. Sit for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven and Dutch iron pan to 400. Lift the dough into the iron pan.
Bake with lid for 30 minutes.
Open the lid, and bake another 10 minutes for soft top or 20 minutes for hard top.
