常常想起 
那一年冬季 
校園裏飄雪花
宿舍前淌小溪

常常記起
初識在此地
溪水悄悄過
垂柳笑微微 

常常回味
邂逅在小溪
隨涓涓流水
寄綿綿戀意

常常追憶
舊夢有幾許
聽，溪邊情話
已化春雨扉扉… …

  

 

 A Small Stream

  

Every now and then, I’d recall

 One year, in the cold winter

 When snowflakes fell on the grass

 A little stream murmured through campus.

 
Every now and then, I’d remember

It was here that I first met her

As the stream flowed quietly by

 The poplar trees gave us a smile.

 Every now and then, I’d ponder

 How come there, we’d find one another

 From where our thoughts go wild

Like the stream that ran mile after mile.

Every now and then, I’d look back

 The dreams I’d all those years, and all that

Now all those promises that once made by the stream

Have come back here again, rippling in the spring rains.
