前日讀到國防大學馬駿教授的一篇文章，他對中國對外拓展戰略的解讀有點一廂情願，與事實不符。拉美國家骨子裏親美，親華是權宜之計，中國在拉美基礎設施援建的風險很大，從生意角度看不是好買賣。古巴未來會走近美國，其他拉美國家也是如此，大國勢力範圍不會輕易被經濟合作破局，否則日本早已控製拉美了。英國加入亞投行是出於自身金融大國提前布局的考慮（[閱讀全文]
