How to trade really takes skills (strategy, technique) and mind set.
whether or not "buy & hold" is not important. what is big deal then? WHEN to "buy & hold".
in order to be able to "hold", one needs a super "long".
2001 and 2008 made people afraid of investing in stock. but what about 2002-2007 and 2009-2012.? the same applies to RE mkt.
