以前是聽 electronic music, epic music,hip hop dance music, these helped a lot with my running , 也減少肌肉酸痛感, i like music a bit more than exercises, 後來發現網球更fun,還可以和他人social聊天,美中不足的是沒音樂了,不過運動健身效果是跑步好,最近迷上跳shuffle, wanted to be a happy teenager again:)
另外是看yt 優秀奧林匹克運動員track and field視頻, love women's high jump , 100/200m running , it is so beautiful, many athletes are super models.
