響應花花號召 打卡1000俯臥撐

感謝小君妹妹的提議，讓我這麽多天一直堅持下來。今天完成1000俯臥撐挑戰。我們全家都參加了這個挑戰，他們爺仨也快完成了。
另外感慨一下，還是咱們壇子好啊，能互相理解。我跟幾個周圍不鍛煉的朋友說最近失眠嚴重，基本上都是說我跑多了，舉多了，練多了哈哈
