新人報到 - 新年第一跑/遊

大家好！新年好！

新人報到！喜歡跑步（疫情後的愛好）、遊泳、瑜伽、球類。新人，請多關照。

跑步目前僅限於短中程（5K， 10K），一直在猶豫是否要加長距離，比如半馬、全馬，目前跑量很不夠，一年才跑500多miles。有很多問題需要向大家請教。
