I had Covid in June (flu-like symptoms, running nose, and some cough. no fever) during a family vacation trip in Great Teton and Yellow stone, no malaise or fatigue. So I was walking a lot every day, and even was running with elevation. After returning to home I was still doing my daily rountine with HIIT (or Tabata) and body weight strength training, swimming etc.
I noticed that my appetite was good, and even better than the days without Covid. So I didn't lose any weight at all.
