說到喝咖啡，一直有個困惑，他們都說不要超過2 cups a day

這個cup是指量器的那個cup，還是作為容器的那個咖啡杯？我一直以為是兩咖啡杯，後來發現我一個同事用的杯子差不多頂我仨。杯與杯可差多了，不能是指咖啡杯吧？
