我看網上的英文資料,有兩個印象:
1) HFCS 55 (55:50果糖:葡萄糖比)跟我們常用的蔗糖(50:50)對人的營養和健康影響相似到幾乎無差別。適量食用是關鍵。
2)HFCS 90 甜度極高,可以視為毒害而避之,但添加這個的食物非常少見。
英文文章大都有專門的段落講述是否避免吃新鮮水果,它們的調調都是這樣的:
Though excessive fructose from added sugar is unhealthy, you should not avoid eating fruit.
Fruit are whole foods, with plenty of fiber, nutrients, and antioxidants. It’s very difficult to overeat fructose if you’re only getting it from whole fruit (12Trusted Source).
The negative health effects of fructose only apply to excessive added sugars, which are typical for a high-calorie, Western diet.
