運動鍛煉真的是很個人的事,太多種的方式,沒有絕對的最優。可以讓你堅持下來,享受過程的,同時你的心態體態進步的,就是最適合的。跟以前的自己比就行。我可以天天跑五六邁,沒問題,但我更喜歡在GYM裏,Weighted Cardio + Weighted Abs within one hour is the most effective and productive workout for me on daily basis and making me sweat like a horse. I enojoy it much more than running.
