T score, 高於 -1 就算正常

A BMD T-score measures your bone density compared to that of a healthy young adult of the same sex, indicating the risk of osteoporosis. A T-score of -1.0 or higher is considered normal bone density. A T-score between -1.0 and -2.5 signifies low bone density (osteopenia) and an increased risk of osteoporosis. A T-score of -2.5 or lower indicates osteoporosis, a condition of significantly low bone density and a high risk of fractures.
