咬牙切齒的跑完了

今天長跑，外麵的溫度想想還是算了，人受得了手機和水也受不了。家裏的跑步機壞了，新的還在路上。隻能去gym，運氣不錯，沒有等就一直有跑步機可以用。一共三台跑步機，三個小時都沒等，錦鯉體質又顯現了嘻嘻
