沒人報喜？

今天東京出結果，我居然中了。連著抽了好幾年，然而我又開始糾結，剛說過不想再跑馬了，不想訓練了，尤其是不想冬天訓練，而且明年三月一堆事兒，不知道走不走得開。人生啊，就是糾結中前進

今早摸黑訓練，間歇，6個800加8個400，左腿半麻不麻的，今天的饅頭算是發的可以，隻有最後一個800停了一次。
