大家來說說trail running shoes吧

毫無頭緒。去大峽穀rim to rim這種徒步，應該穿啥鞋？我親家介紹我去的一個群，大家說就買trail running shoes。

我一直穿的是hoka ATR chanllenger，對其他牌子和型號完全不熟悉，想趁著今年試試看。然後給愛美麗也要找到合適的鞋子。但是她一直在長。去年買的hiking boots穿了一個shool trip，就沒法穿了，150！氣死我。
