八周的成果

這兩個月跟著小紅書上的一個博主練臀，一周兩次。8周已過，感覺效果還可以，腰臀比降到0.7以下，最最關鍵的是跑步好像有那麽一丟丟進步。今天中午跑的，有的地方有一層薄雪，大部分路段都幹爽。
