I stopped doing any exercise about 6 weeks in March

during that period when was adviced. At one visit I was asking the ophthalmologist particularly if I can do mild to moderate jumping jacks, and he was saying better not.

I gradually resumed doing my rountines after he removed all the sutures in May.
