很驚訝

現在的跑步短褲都是給不穿內褲設計的吧.我穿的緊身短褲，nike的，都是不穿內褲的。

asics官網上摘下來的：Running tights/shorts are usually designed to be worn without underwear - it can be uncomfortable to wear an extra layer underneath an already close pair of tights. Of course, you can wear underwear if you find that more comfortable.

不習慣的話，很多短褲都設計自帶內褲的，就是裏麵有一層內褲外麵再加一層的。完全沒有必要穿內褲的。

長褲也是，運動tights 都是給不穿內褲設計的。
