Both Beijing and Shanghai seem to be at the peak time. However how long is it going to last? It could be the greatest bubble in the RE history before too long.
Even though the appreciation sustain, it is going be very limited.
In any case, what's the cap rate? below 3%? I just don't see any cash flow opportunity.
