求助，關於房客問題

大家節日快樂！

我的房客不停的寫信騷擾我。我是有個agent在幫我管理，但是房客不喜歡我的agent,所以就不停的給我寫信，2個月已經寫了5封了，都很長，很沒有禮貌。這次交房租，說是如果我deposit了這個支票，就同意，他以後要自己修壞了的東西，然後從下個月的房租裏麵扣。而且這個是合同的補充條款！這已經不是第一次了。他一會說有漏煤氣，沒熱水，去了後都是他太太在，結果一點問題都沒有。 每天都很緊張，生怕又寄什麽。我應該怎麽辦呢？
