Thank you! My agent suggest me the same way to deal with it

I will seriously think about it. Because he has complianed my agent to my agent's manager, the manager offered the same suggestion. He just ignored and did not say anything and contiued writing us letters.

Probably I will try another time. But I am afraid he will ask a lot of conditions for moving out, I am thinking evict him based on he keep on make false maintenance call. Last mail he claimed gas leak again, we have to call Gas company, as they are not at home,the gas has been shut down. We have to inspect the gas ASAP. Do you think I am goint to win the eviction?
