挖還是不挖，這是個問題

我原來隻買白玉房，現在想著diversify，也許買點白菜。

這棵白菜可真夠爛的，不過真是便宜。要價54K，修好應該值105K，月租金應該在1100左右。這個房子離小學，初中都很近，應該好租。

問題是這棵爛白菜可真夠爛的，要花多少錢才能修好？這個爛法是不是汗滴們搞不好，非要請專業的建築公司才行？

上麵講這個屋頂是新的，不過我看上去不像新的呀。
