問題是有必要這麽做嗎？

你們要去對方付5300/月，人家付了4000，差距也不是那麽大。何況他們也隻是短住幾天，非要那麽認真幹嗎？

至於押金問題，應通過談判解決，能有個2000-3000也就可以了。
