一般從mortgage的payment delinquincy就能看出shortsale foreclosure之類的。2個credit card絕對不會拉到490分，一定還有其他的東西，當心有些人修改credit report，可能還有其他我們不知道的trick。爛房客們這方麵的水準是很高的。我的經驗是，寧願空置不要租給不sure的人
