我所有的房都是租給whole family, not boyfriend, girlfriend relation.

whole family 搬進來就不走了. move 太麻煩, 特別是有上學的小孩的. 我的所有tenant credit都不好, 可是他們都老老實實付房租,因為他們知道能找到房子不容易.
