Chinese people in china boast their wealth all over the world, they should do more to help those kids in china's remote areas. the gov should tax those rich people more to help them. In china, there is no gift and death tax so that wealth passes from one gereration to the next N generations, from one man to N milks womens. Gov should cut those money to help those kids more. China's wealth people did not do much charity at all.
