Actually this year is better than last year, so I hope next year will be better than this year. Rent may be raised next year also. There may also a possibility that the meat packer increases employment, in which case there may be a rental squeeze. It is increasingly hard for me to get mortgages as my portfolio increases, so I will hold on to these for now. If the market goes back to the level when I bought it, it is actually a good investment with positive cash flow.
