我剛出租了一個SFH。950美元。沒有窗簾（我的差區房子都沒有窗簾，裝了也白裝）。

地毯吸了，也用shampoo洗了。仍舊有狗尿味。不過租客不管這個。因為他們有六條狗。房子的狀況就是functioning。

w2在差區沒有任何意義。這些很多是季節工，做水泥的，做屋頂的，冬天沒活。2000塊一個月的，聽起來不錯，你租給他，就要準備好你兜著走。
