看了sweetptt的帖子，也想探討一下房客的問題

我覺得找房客還是要以穩定的收入為前提，tenant screen是必不可少的。

去craiglist看看，好多租房廣告明確表示“no section8“,主要原因有兩個：

1.section 8每年要做嚴格的房屋inspection，不合格的地方都要讓你去修。

2.這類的租客一般都不會take care你的房子。新房租出去，用不了兩個月就會變成垃圾場。

我現在租房也是盡量避免section8.
