Same as me, I just closed one condo last month, short sale, no inspection, previous renter month by month, I have to keep the renter, and sign one year lease with him, he is not good, till now, I have not got Nov rent money.

Seller has transferred money order deposit to me at the date of closing, need your agent and attorney to do transfer, good luck to you!
