One Tenant had theft record in 20 years ago and bed credit score, but her boyfriend has very good credit score. I was a new and micro landlord. She convinced me she will be a good and long term tenant. She lived in the previous address for 5 years. I rented the house to her. She always pays the rent late and ask me to fix something in the house. She still lives there. No news for this month’s rent.
The good thing is, I was forced to learn the city rules, laws about how to deal with tenant. I have to say I learned a lot that I never thought I will know. I till hope she live there forever, but just deal with her for anything in a business way, no personal emotion.
