They are very good, and reputable. I'm dealing with them the second time now.
First time, when I refinanced my home, because they didn't notice my rental income not in tax return yet, Provident funding denied it. They had to do it with another lender and the rate already went up, but they still honor me the old rate by buying the rate lower. I think they didn't make a profit that time.
So this time when rate got lower, I did the refinance with them again. Provident approved it this itme. It went very smooth. I am still working on the investment property with them now with aonther lender.
Still need some improvement replying my email inquiry, though they answered my phone call promptly.
