方圓貸款just closed the refi for me. About a month ago, 方圓貸款 posted refi rate of 3.25% for 30 years loan (>417k).The rate was so good that i decided to give it a try. I filled the application online and then they locked the rate for me right away. I then sent out a set of documents they asked for. Initially, I was worried because i learned that the lender is Provident Funding who is famous for its picky standards. 方圓貸款 assured me that they have sufficient experience dealing with Provident Funding.
Everything went smoothly including subordination of a 2nd loan. The staff answered my phone calls and emails promptly.
