If liberals like 0bama have their way, they would put tax burden on working people and redistribute to those who choose not to work.
Those who receive handout then think they deserve it and are entitled to it. Once the handout starts, you can't end it since those people will be "hurt" for not receiving handout. You would see riots like those in Greece.
