Obamacare is good for most of the landlords,

don't understand why so many people on this forum don't like obamacare.

The core of Obamacare has two parts: 1. patient protection; 2.healthcare affordability.

If you are comfortable that you and your family member don't need coverage and you are forced to buy insurance, you might want to hate obamacare.

If you are a doctor or would-be doctor or has direct interest in healthcare providers, hospitals or insurance companies, you might want to hate obamcare.

If your AGI is 200k as individual or 250K as joint, then of course you have reason to hate obamacare, because of the additional tax burden.

But for ordinary w2 and small landlords (I believe there are very few, if any, landlords here will have AGI above 200K, even if they actually make much more than that), obamacare is for their good.
