緊急求助：剛拿到一個bank pre-approved short sale, 突然發現有一個 bath and one bed

房子已經做了inspection, 而且我已經同意了房檢結果，簽署了closing document agreement and Escrow instruction for perchase and sale instruction. 我今天突然發現 county的網站上隻有三個臥室一個bath。 實際上該房子有四個臥室兩個bath.

我現在該怎麽辦？

1,我能否要求seller補辦permit?

2,如果我退出，能拿回earnest money嗎?

3. 我能否要求銀行降價$5000？ 我是以高出listing price $3000 拿到這個 deal,

  懇請各位大佬給我出謀劃策？
