問題是我已經付了earnest money, 而且也同意了inspection report, 現在還來得及和銀行談判嗎？

在seller disclosure statement裏沒有提到one bath, one bedroom without permit, listing agent 也沒有說。 我的home inspector也沒有發現。

listing agent 上周四把我的 offer 提交給銀行，我現在才發現問題。
