記得這種問題被提出來過很多次。我記得結論是這樣的:

甭管它!

道理也簡單,the problem is your question and assumptions in it.

If

 Everything else + Ratio = Whole condition to consider

then

 Ratio is the decisive vote.

end

However things won't be that simple. You can't just get an exact match.

The real answer will be "it depends". It depends on your judgement on what's your target, depends on local market situation.

Your goal is to make as much money out of your investment. Concentrate on that target, and forget about anything such as making the ratio as high. The ratio is one of many factors.

ps, usually it is called 1% rule, right? so 1 year would be 12% or 1:9 ratio.
