eviction進展及問題

上周二去eviction,法官判我10天後拿回房子,或者從租戶那裏拿回全部拖欠的租金.我就去跟租戶講了,叫她付我全部欠的錢. 哪知她隻還了我部分的錢,剩下不忿說要這周.還說有個廁所有點漏水,叫我去修.我該去修嗎
