你可以試試PENFED。 他們的HEL for Investment property 還不錯。

我做過一次他們的HELOC。可惜他們有4個properties的限製，我申請的時候不知道這個限製，他們也沒有告訴我。在快Close的時候問我這個問題，我那時剛剛現金買了一個白菜房。所以最後沒有做成。
