租約已簽，SECURITY DEPOSIT也已到賬。如果提前幾天給房客鑰匙，要注意什麽事項？

租約上的開始日期是10月1日。但房客想9月26日拿KEY。我是否讓他在拿KEY之前再簽個補充協議指定租約開始日是9月26日，否則在9月26日到10月1日這幾天其實是沒有租約的。發生什麽事情不好辦。
