My lease has a clause to request the tenants to buy renter's insurance. They also had initials on this line. I am not sure if you will buy or not.

My concern is only about my liability waviers in the lease agreement for the special 5 days. 也許這五天什麽都不會發生。也許發生了什麽事房客也不找我麻煩。但在給KEY之前多考慮一下沒錯。我在發帖以前就想加一個ADDENDUM改LEASE開始日。發帖的目的是為了多聽聽大家的看法。
