Current loan rate is about equal or lower than that of 10 days ago - so no worry for the lock expiration.

The stuffs you talked about don't quite add up -- why the loan agent would ever lock a loan for 10 days? In the current market, loan closing within 25-30 days is almost next to impossible, let alone 10 days.

You seem to have a bunch of items you really don't quite understand for the entire process.
