她不可能找不到seller。

1. 要求合理，no move out，no close。

2.給agent施加壓力，這種情況不能按時close，算seller方毀約，你的錢能拿回來。

大多銀行shortsale不允許seller回頭租。你的agent和seller是什麽關係？這是個典型的用dual agent壞處的案例。
