大佬們，我想在德州組建一個房地產LLC把我的出租房全部放進去。

我作為這個公司的唯一owner和工作人員，請問我需要有realestate license嗎？

本來不想辦公司，但是隨著手上各種白菜房的增加，感覺liability越來越大。特別是有些現金買的房子我沒買保險，其中的原因一言難盡。

為了保護我自己的財產，我想把我的白菜出租房和我的主要財產盡快脫離開來。那位能告訴德州開辦LLC的手續，在下先謝過了。
