lend YOU the loan based on the fact that YOU own the house, so if you default on the payment, they will sell the hosue to get the money back.
Now the hosue is tranfered to a LLC, and leagally you do not own the house anymore, do you think the lender will have problem it and call the loan immediately?
Or you assume the lender will not be concerned?
That is why I am asking whether there is a clean way to transfer the deed.
