新手求助，被流氓房客賴租賴房。。。

NJ白菜房，去年4月招黑人單親媽媽，帶兩孩，一年合同。因為習慣性欠租，今年沒有續合同，但是人一直沒搬走。7月份開始無法聯係，上門隻有成年的女兒應門，說是來做babysitter的；電話不接，text不回；moveout notice也被退回來。8月初召警才發出了notice，然後去法院eviction。本來定在9月6日開庭，9月4日接到房客的律師信和電話，說她申請了破產保護，landlord and tenant case自動取消了。我都快哭了，截止9月她已經白白占了8800的房租了。我就苦逼悲催地兢兢業業替她交各種稅費。

我是個很麵的人，當初可憐她單親帶兩個小女孩不容易，就沒有趕人，還幫她找各種補助什麽的。各位老手大俠，有什麽辦法嗎？

昨天收到township的水費賬單，我能申請停水嗎？
